These terms govern your use of the Kolor Factory website and the sale of our products. By placing an order with us you agree to these terms.

This website is operated by Kolor Factory ("we", "us", "our"). We supply specialist special-effect automotive paints and related products, shipping across the United Kingdom. You can reach us any time through our contact page.
2. Ownership of Rights
All rights, including copyright, in this website and its content are owned by or licensed to Kolor Factory. You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute or re-publish any part of this website without our written permission.
3. Accuracy of Content & Colour Disclaimer
We take every care to describe our products accurately. However, because special-effect paints shift and react differently depending on base coat, lighting and viewing angle, and because screens vary, the colours shown on this website and in product photos are a guide only and may not exactly match the finished result. Swatch shapes and renders are illustrative. We cannot guarantee your monitor's display will accurately reflect the true colour of the product.
4. Product Use & Suitability
Our paints are specialist products intended for users familiar with automotive painting, or those willing to follow our guidance. It is your responsibility to ensure a product is suitable for your project, to carry out appropriate surface preparation, and to follow all safety instructions on the can and in our How To Use guide. We are not liable for results arising from incorrect application, preparation or curing.
5. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and to these terms. Prices are shown in UK pounds sterling. We accept payment through the methods shown at checkout (such as PayPal and card). We will charge for the full order amount once your order is placed. We only dispatch orders once payment has been received in full.
6. Delivery
We ship to anywhere in the UK. Delivery times are best estimates and not guaranteed. Because aerosols are classed as limited-quantity dangerous goods, they travel by road-only services, which can affect options and timescales for some areas. Please check the goods on delivery and let us know promptly of any damage or shortage. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
7. Returns & Refunds
Returns are handled in line with our Returns Policy. In short: faulty, damaged or not-as-described items are put right at our cost; change-of-mind returns are at our discretion, must be unused and sealed, and are returned at your cost. Return postage arrangements must be agreed with us before you send anything back.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to that, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss or damage arising from misuse of our products or failure to follow application and safety guidance. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the price paid for the goods concerned.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this website at the time you place your order is the version that applies.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
