High-quality matt black base coat. Essential for maximising the visual impact of chameleon, pearl and holographic finishes. The deep black background absorbs light and maximises the contrast of colour-shift and shimmer pigments. Two coats are typically sufficient. Allow to fully cure before applying your effect coat.
