Description
A clean matt white base coat. The flat, non-reflective white ground is ideal beneath fluorescent and ghost paints, where maximum brightness matters, and under crystal pearls when you want the lighter shade. The matt surface also gives excellent adhesion for the effect coat. Two to three even coats recommended.
